Formed in 2018, Celbridge CFR arrange for an on call rota of trained, and qualified, volunteers to respond to emergency 999/112 calls in the Celbridge area.
Our volunteers are equipped with AEDs (defibs) and can respond to emergencies related to cardiac arrest, heart attack, choking and stroke. We aim to arrive faster than the ambulance and can begin high quality CPR a lot sooner, enhancing the chances of survival.
We're fully insured, certified, and Garda vetted. We're a registered charity (RCN 20204464 / CHY22526), and we're all local volunteers.
We're always in need of volunteers to get trained, and go on call to help with the emergency response. However, there are many other jobs that we need help with. From marketing to fund-raising to organisation to record keeping. It doesn't need a large commitment of time (an hour a day, a week, or even a month!).

If you have any questions just reach out on social media or email us -at- celbridgecfr -dot- ie.
We are live with our first team, but to achieve our goal of having multiple teams to offer a much better service, we need to purchase more AEDs, equipment and training tools. Whatever you can afford, we will dearly appreciate your donation. Maybe you can't afford anything right now, in which case can you volunteer some time?
For corporate donations, or large personal donations, please get in touch to discuss tax benefits for us and for you/your company. For alternative donation methods, such as cash or EFT/Direct Debit, please email us for details, at us -at- celbridgecfr -dot- ie.
We use GoFundMe, a reputable service for collecting charitable donations. We do not see your payment details, and you can choose to remain anonymous if you so wish.
